SPA POLICIES

Bookings

Please book your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure the time you require is available. A credit card or voucher details will be required at the time of booking, but charges will not be applied until your arrival.

Cancellations Policy

When booking your appointment a 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all Spa ely treatments to secure your appointment.

Any cancellations of a treatment must be notified at least 24 hours in advanced of the appointment.

Cancellation of Day spa packages, Group bookings (this means more than one person) or treatment/ treatments over the value of £80 must be made 7 days prior to the appointment.

Any cancellations received after this time will be charged at the full rate.

Appointments

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your treatment. If your appointment is for the first treatment you have received at Spa Ely please arrive 20 minutes in advance so you have time to complete your consultation form.

Alcohol

Please note that it is our policy to ask our younger guests for proof of age as we do not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
